Hey Guys, So I've been using PayPal for four years. I use it to pay family and friends as well as receive. This year, with sports betting online becoming legal in Pennsylvania, my home state where I live, I have been using it to both deposit and withdraw through several of the well known betting apps. I have moved thousands both to and from my account (including a 5-figure jackpot won on online slots) and never had an issue. Today, however, I received about 100 from a withdrawal on Unibet. Nine minutes later, PayPal emailed me saying my account is banned permanently, balance locked for 180 days, etc. Can anyone explain this to me? My account is fully verified. No reason was given, but this uptick in money seems to be the only thing I can think of that has been different?

"State in your lane" Eliminate redundant city services. All of the big cities attempt to provide health services that are the responsibility of County or Hospital District, but because those level of the government suck and there is grant money available city's often mission creep to perform those services. Same goes for most constables, marshals, and sheriffs, and jail programs.
It's time to re-examine government employees health insurance. In many counties, cities, and special district the government covers 100% employee coverage and in some case even a percentage of family coverage. It's time to put these other levels of government on par with what schools districts are doing.
Limit the retirement options. All units should have to participate in their state wide coop, no more independent city or firefighter pension funds. They all need to join something like TML.
It's time to re-examine government employees retirement programs. Many levels of government have a 2:1 match retirement program.
Require photo ID for all governmental services. Want to register for a school, we need to see the child and parents ID. County health program, check ID. Set up a city water account, need ID. (Basic State ID card should be $10 and printed on site).

Require impact fees on all new construction. We need to create county wide impact fees for roads and public transit. And school districts need to begin collecting impact fees on all new residential and multifamily construction. $1,000 per unit, should work wonders.
Make the transportation sales tax county wide and count on top of the 8.25% sales tax cap, essentially raising the sales tax to 8.75% in metro counties.
Raise the state gas tax a minimum of $0.25 and probably throw in an extra $0.05 in metro counties to go toward public transit.
Legalize pot. Worked in Colorado.
Legalize sports betting. Limit betting to on-site sports books. Tax all transactions a minimum of $0.25 (sorry horse tracks your $0.10 bet now has a $0.25 transaction tax).

For instance, USC was -430 at the beginning of the game, so hypothetically I put 430 on them to win 100. If I started to get cold feet about usc shortly before kickoff or early in the game, it would be nice to place an automatic limit bet for “if Colorado reaches +500, place $100 on them.” I’m just wondering if this seems practical to anyone else and/or if anyone knows of a site that allows this. It could be beneficial to the sportsbook too because the line may move to +550 or +600 after a touchdown, but they could give you the +500 line you requested.
