5Dimes Review - Sportsbook Review

Best Online Book for US Players w/ Lines

I've been checking out review on SBG and BettingBrain: Currently eyeing GT Bets, Betonline.AG , Bookmaker
Created a 5Dimes account but the UI is so confusing and no player props for NBA.
Currently use Bovada and hate how they keep taking games out whenever injury news comes out for NBA.
Looking for a new book that's more fair in these terms. Don't need massive withdrawal limits or frequent withdrawals, credibility trumps both of these.
Player Props and Welcome bonuses are a plus but not necessary.
Edit: Thanks everyone for your input I moved off most of what I had on Bovada and settled on Intertops because the welcome bonus rollover was only 4x vs other places being 10x. Still hard to hit the bonus but at least within reach.

BetUS is terrible. Do not use them. They won't give me my measly $150 payout.

I signed up for BetUS over a decade ago when I was really into sports betting. I put in $300 and at one point, I got up to the $900 mark doing parlays on MMA props. I was smashing it for a couple months.
And then one day they got rid of their MMA prop bets, so I was reduced to betting the fights straight, and the odds were always shitty. There was another website at the time called 5Dimes that had far better prop bets, but I was like, "Ah fudge it." I didn't want to turn into a serial gambler or anything.
A couple months later, I lost a ton of bets, and I eventually quit with around $150 left. I didn't touch the account for a decade or so. Finally one day I figured I'd withdraw it.
The process was pretty painstaking. I had to send a scan of license and credit card, which is super sketchy. Then I had to call them a bunch of times over the course of months for status updates.
Finally by the time they said everything was confirmed, they gave me my options. And the one with the smallest fee was some gift card. So I was like, "Okay, I'll go with the gift card." It was like an $18 charge or something. A month later I get the gift card. I read the instructions to use it, and it's unnecessarily complicated. Apparently they charge you money every month. It's some bullshit gift card, so I wanna extract everything ASAP so I'm not paying a monthly fee. I go on the giftcard's website, enter all the info, and it turns out there's no money.
I call BetUS, and I'm like, "What's the deal?" and the lady says, "Oh, you're supposed to call us so we can fill it up for you."
So I tell her to go ahead and fill it up, but she says, "We just stopped doing gift cards."
I'm like, "Huh? But I just got these gift cards from you guys because you said it was an option for payout."
And she's like, "Yeah, but we just stopped."
So now my only option was Money Gram, and there'd be a $30-some charge. I was like fine, whatever.
Weeks pass, months pass, and I forget all about it. Three months later, I finally give them a call to ask what happened. Now it's a guy at the helm, and he says I was supposed to pick the money up from a local Money Gram branch.
Of course, I was not at all notified of this. I was expecting a Money Gram money order check in my mail, because that's what was implied by the lady who relayed the info.
Anyway, he gives me the reference number, the name of the sendee, etc to get my money from the local branch. At this point, I had to go out of town for a month. I did not cash out immediately because I figured I was all set, and I didn't know there were any time limitations of withdrawing from MoneyGram. I was never told this.
Today I went to a MoneyGram, and the clerk told me I had to call the sendee because she couldn't withdraw the money. I called BetUS, and the guy said it's my fault for not withdrawing ASAP. And I'm like, "What are you talking about? Can you call MoneyGram and figure it out?" and he kept refusing. And he kept repeating, "We did our part. It's your fault for waiting."
I told him I was waiting for a check, because that's what the lady told me. And eventually he said they'll "review it," but I'm pretty sure he's BSing me.
I said, "Okay, so are you gonna call me back or do I need to call you back or what?" and he said, "We'll email you."
So I'm pretty sure they're gonna email some pre-written denial letter.
What I don't understand at all is why it's so difficult for them to call up MoneyGram and say, "Hey, what's going on with the money? Let's reactivate the fund," or something, if they'd even put the money in the account in the first place.
I've never worked so hard for $150. It's technically closer to $110 after all the fees, but boy, it looks like I just ran around the mill for nothing.

Bovada's Ridiculous Withdrawal Process... Bettors Beware!

So I don't post often.. In fact, this is the very first time I am posting in this sub. However I believe anyone who wants to bet online should be aware of what they are doing:

Recently I deposited funds via BTC into a new Bovada account just to try it out. Took exactly 3-5 minutes to process. I'm not a brand new better, I've been playing at 5dimes and betonline for some time now but after getting limited on 5dimes I decided to try out a different site so I would have increased limits. Doubled up my BR in a couple weeks and decided that the site was 'ok' but wasn't quite right for me. Heard about Nitrogen's sportsbook and since I deal in BTC anyway I figured I would give a BTC sportsbook a try.

Decided to put in a BTC withdrawal request. While pending a withdrawal for the first time you get an email notification that says they require a photo ID and a utility bill of sorts to prove your place of Residency as shown on your ID and it would take roughly 24-48 hours to process. Okay, no problem, it's a security thing, I totally get it. So I submitted my documents without questioning it. I got an email within a few hours of sending my documents saying that they reviewed them and my documents checked out, okay cool..... so..... can my pending withdrawal process now?
Not quite...
After waiting another 14 hours since I got the email stating my documentation checked out I decided to ask support what the hold up was since I was cleared and since BTC transfers take literal minutes. They tell me that it is still in review. I proceed to say that I got the email that my documents checked out but they say apparently it still takes the full 24-48 hours to finish the review process.. hmm... okay.. even though BTC takes a very small amount of time to process, but no worries.
So then I ask live support, this is for the first withdrawal right? Since my documents cleared if I make another BTC withdrawal request it should take roughly 10-15 minutes max to withdraw correct?
Nope.
They inform me that EVERY REQUEST takes roughly 24-48 HOURS!?!???
Umm.. ok... but like... I already cleared my documents. Why does a BTC withdrawal take 24-48 hours...
After a very mildly heated debate (totally civil, btw) about opinions regarding their ridiculous withdrawal process the live chat with a representative ends and I kid you not, 32 seconds later I get a notification on my Bovada account that reads:

"Hello,
We want to let you know we've received a particularly large number of requests recently and because of that, we are currently outside of our normal review timelines.
All payout requests are being reviewed and processed as quickly as possible and we expect to be back within our normal time frames in the next 7-10 days. We'll send you a message as soon as your payout has been approved.
We're very sorry for the delay and inconvenience. We pride ourselves on delivering some of the quickest payouts in the industry and are diligently working to return to that level of service as soon as we can.
Thank you,Customer Service"

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!?!??!?!?! Can anyone else verify that they put in a request to withdraw from this site in the past couple days and got the same exact message? Because I swear to god they're sending this to me on purpose and delaying it further because of my very MILDLY heated argument with a live chat rep. Now I'm pissed. The 24-48 hours thing is bullshit to begin with but right after the live chat they hit me with this bullshit?? Has anyone else experienced this much garbage from an online book before?
One day when I finally get all my funds removed I will never touch this site again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Edit: Okay so a lot of comments informed me that it clearly states on their terms that withdrawal processes take 24-48 hours which I clearly missed. That's on me. Still think that's a little long for a crypto transfer. Imho.

Edit 2: So my funds cleared (which I was never worried they wouldn't) and all is good. I still have some funds in Bovada so those being negative towards me shilling for Bovada can calm down. I never said it was a terrible book I just wanted to share my opinion on their BTC withdrawal "process".
