I was fortunate enough to have a Hybrid Betting answer a few questions about their project. It sounds like it is going to be awesome! 1.) What is Hybrid Betting (HYB) all about?
Hybrid Betting is a betting platform totally different from any other platform out there;
from our website "We mixed up a Texas Hold’em Poker style table, sports betting and trading online in order to create a unique user experience"
The basic concept is to bet against other users on a table similar to Texas Hold'Em Poker: in order to manage that we
created a score system that is used to find the best punter in the table, the highest score wins.
2.) What is different from Hybrid Betting and regular betting sites?
Almost everything, we don't have a book maker, and we don't offer odds, people place their bets, and we find
the winner.
3.) How is Hybrid Betting (HYB) different and better than other solution?
We don't have any kind of house edge like any other P2P betting out there, but we are sure that our strength is in the uniqueness of the idea:
if you would like to play with other people in a fair and different game you are in the right place.
4.) What are you doing to get people involved or aware of your project? What is your marketing plan?
We are on most common Ico related websites: bitcointalk.org, medium, reddit, icowatchlist, icobench and
many other platform like that. We are active on twitter and telgram. We are connected with a Uk web agency
that will follow all the campaign: the agency is Spilt An Atom.
5.) Do you currently have a working product?
Yes we have a working web app that's in beta version: we have active users that is trying the game.
6.) How does the platform function? How do you place bets? How is the scoring determined?
We create the tables we want, all the tables have a list of bets on most important Football matches (we just opened the Tennis section):
by joining the table the user is called to bet on various markets like results bets or goals number bets; the user can choose
to waive the bet taking a handicap (negative score) for that and can choose how to manage risk/reward using the leverage:
these concepts come from trading online. Considering all this kind of features involved we called the platform Hybrid Betting.
7.) How many sports and/or genres will you be able to place bets in?
Now we have opened the football betting, and we are ready to launch tennis; Hybrid Betting can be used to approach almost
any sport but not just that: we can organize tables on Trading Online or E-gaming tournaments.
8.) What is the max supply of HYB tokens?
We created 60,000,000 HYB tokens
9.) Will any tokens be burned if they aren’t all sold during the ICO?
Yes they unsold tokens will be burned at the end of the Ico.

Do you still hold a grudge against the friend who pushed you? Are you still friends with him/her? What has s/he said and what does s/he think about your situation?	I love her and have no grudge. I'm not saying its right but I've horseplayed by a pool and pushed people. I've pushed her. What happened was an accident. She obviously has guilt and it has been a process. She's a lot better. I know she hates seeing me in the chair but this is a situation we have to work through together. She's my girl.

Did you feel this way from the beginning? Just after it happened, i mean. Or did you have to work through feelings of anger and resentment? Im not sure how i would feel about it, yes its an accident, but the push was not.	The push was not but ice done the same to her. Ok so I push her 5 times and yay we are joking around! She pushes me and on the 5th push I get hurt. So that makes her the careless evil one? I just didn't see it that way. I was never angry at her.
When stem cells work as we docs like them to , you'll be propably able to walk again in a couple of years. Edit :Time for work! today , 4 Kids puked at me. I can stand puke , but it's not a enjoyable thing. Blargh.	Docs have been saying that for a while. We will see!

The reason we've been seeing that for years w/o any notable advancement is that churches and religious groups have been tying the hands and throwing up every possible roadblock to keep researchers from doing what they need to to help people like you.	Don't I know it! So annoying.
What is your favorite thing to Do sexually before the accident and now? Are you able to orgasm still?	Before the accident I had sex quite often. I didn't enjoy anything over the other I just liked having orgasms! I was a really sexual person so this has been difficult. But I am more sensitive on places like my neck and I really enjoy sex. I don't climax like I used to but I do get excited. And oddly enough my body feels relaxed after.

How does your husband feel about having sex with a quadripalegic? Was there a period of time after the accident where you abstained from sex? If so how long? When did you decide you were ready for sex again?	We didn't have it until towards the end of rehab. Mostly because we didn't have a big enough bed or privacy!
How does quadriplegic sex work? Sorry if it's too personal, but it sounds like you've accepted the change. Are there particular ways it needs to be done? Medical issues that arise because of the lack of control you have over your body? Do you still feel it? What is his opinion? Have you had to negotiate anything extramarital or are you fine with the current circumstances? Is there anything you wish existed to help you, but doesn't?	Nooo. Nothing outside of marriage. We are still 2 people in love and I don't deserve that. We still have sex it's just different. Can't be switching positions often.
Are you able to orgasm since the accident, or is it more an emotional high after sex?	Emotional. But my body feels some kind of release. Still trying to figure it out

What was your husband's reaction to the fact that your relationship with him would never be the exact same? And how did it change, exactly, other than the fact that he has to help you out a lot more? Very cool to have you here!	Well things did change but I can't say in a bad way at all. Obviously our sex life is different. There were no "logistics" before and we could be way more spontaneous. Now we have sex of course but probably less because I might be in pain or something like that. Money is a factor because we were pretty even on that level before and now we rely on his teacher salary. So it does add stress but we work through it. I'd say we are more passionate and clingy with each other. I think we are just so happy because my injury could have been worse. We are lucky to have each other.
Can you feel the sex? Is it at all enjoyable for you? What would happen if you got pregnant? Please, i hope i am not offending you. What adaptive technology has been the most useful or important for you? What area/tasks would you most like to see more adaptive technology developed for?	The iPad is everything! Unfortunately I have to borrow from my mom but it's the easiest way to type and search the web. I love it. Honestly I don't use a lot of adapted technology. I just find regular things that happen to work, water bottles with thumb loops, grip cases for phone, easy open pill cases. Things like that. I do want some adapted exercise equipment but it can get expensive. I wish they made adapted hair tools for girls!!
Quad here, I can show you what I use to access my computer, play games, lights etc if need be?	Actually I'm pretty good as far as all that goes. Well other than games but I just play with apps. Thank you though! Hope you are doing well. What level are you?
How do you feel about stem cell research?	I'm 100% for it. I was before the accident and I am after. I have a friend who traveled to Israel after his accident for stem cells. He was my level of injury and got his hands back.
Do you know the time scale with which stem cell treatment might be a viable option for yourself?	It's impossible to say.
Congratulations on your marriage! I was really moved by your story and your resilience of spirit. Have you always been a person who was able to handle the hard stuff in life? In what ways has your abrupt physical disability changed who you are as a person?	Thank you so much!! It's hard to say because I've never been faced with something like this but I'm just a logical person I guess. I had a great support system and I had Chris (love of my life). He deserved to have the girl he planned to marry. I don't mean physically but emotionally. I remained my funny, joking, outgoing self for me and all those around me. I think I get a little more reserved around new people because I have no grip to shake their hand. I do appreciate life more!
Have you ever considered writing a book? While I have had some poor luck with my own writing, I think in a situation like yours people would really like to hear your story. (Not to mention you could make some money at it?)	I am writing a book!! I just recently signed with a publisher. There is barely any money up front but hopefully it will sell well!
You should consider self publishing and sell on Amazon. Make a appearance on Oprah. You have a story. You have a fan base. You do not need a publisher. Start up a Kickstarter fund if you need cash to fund the project.	The deal is done actually.
What did you enjoyed doing before the accident and what do you enjoy doing now?	I. Loved. DANCING! Danced from time I was little and beyond. Took hip hop and ballroom dance in high school. Loved working out too but now I need special equipment to do that. Loved wake boarding, snowboarding, tennis. You name it. Now I play a sport called wheelchair rugby for the Raleigh sidewinders. I handcycle too.

As someone who loves to dance, I can imagine how hard that would be. However, what is the best thing that has come out of the accident?	It sounds corny but I know I've impacted people's lives and it makes me feel like the accident was not in vain.
Hello, How are you typing? Is someone typing for you or do you use some contraption to type?	I'm using my moms Ipad to type. I just hit the buttons with my pinky knuckle. I can use a computer but I just put my thumb on a key and press down with my arm muscles. It takes forever though.
Ill be darn. I'm on my S3 and I tried typing this message with only using my pinkie knuckle. That is actually quite difficult. _''	Make your hand a fit :)
Do you use the voice feature?	I get tongue tied. Lol. The iPad works for me.
How is your friend doing that pushed you? Was it hard to forgive him/her?	She had a really really hard time but its getting better. I think it helps when I tell her about the good things that have come out of this. It was not hard to forgive because it was an accident. I've pushed people before.
How if at all has your relationship changed with your friend? Do they treat you any differently, or do you?	Well it was different in the beginning. Like the elephant in the room. I mean it's hard to act normal in our situation. But I love her to death and we talk everyday. Things are way more normal now. As far as treating her differently I'm just very cautious about her feelings. Don't like to talk about the negative side of the injury around her.
There was another AMA from a quadriplegic a while back that went in to agonizing detail about the nightmare that was him having no control over his bowels. Is that true of you and most quadriplegics as well?	Yes anyone from the waist down will most often have this problem. Some paralyzed people can feel but be paralyzed. So that helps. Usually a suppository is used. I personally have a device to do my own digital stimulation. As long as you go on a consistent schedule you shouldn't have accidents.
In addition to my earlier mention of FES, there are bladder and bowel pacing applications for the technology, too. (Also diaphragm, but you hadn't mentioned anything about respiratory matters.)	I would give anything for an fes bike!! Those things are amazing!
It has to be asked. Do you have sexual intercourse? How does it work?	ABSOLUTELY! Well not to be graphic but I'm a girl and nothing has closed down there :). We usually do missionary and I hold legs back by the back of me knees. I don't feel it per se but my body gets excited.
Obviously, day to day life has changed, but what were some unexpected things that changed in your life?	Oh man this one is tough. I really expected to go back to work within 6 months. But I didn't anticipate the debilitating nerve pain I get in the am and the early morning low blood pressure. On a good day I'm 90/50. I guess I knew I'd have to do things differently. I just thought my routine would return.

How big of a role has religion played in your life before, during, and since the ordeal?	Good question. I was raised Jewish but as I grew older. I just have moral beliefs and I guess I'm kind of agnostic. I didn't play a huge role honestly. I don't believe this happened for a reason. I made the reason by being strong and motivating others.

How did you and your husband meet?	I like this question. Perfection. If I were to describe my life in one word before the accident, that's what it would be be. I had graduated college from east Carolina university and headed towards Raleigh to settle down with the love of my life. Chris and I had met in college at a party on Halloween weekend my freshman year. I was actually super interested in his friend but chris was part of that group and of course we made friendly conversation. I asked him if he had ever salsa danced before as i was determined to teach anyone my skills on the dance floor. I grabbed him and started to teach. "where are you from!" I yelled over the music and drunken frat guys. "Virginia Beach". What a crazy coincidence. We grew up in the same town only to meet for the first time in north Carolina. From that night on we remained very close, but I could have never imagine that this guy would be my future devoted husband. We had so many connections to. My Uncle was his dentist and mine. We went to same community pool and never new each other
If you were dressed up, what were your Halloween costumes?	It was a couple days before. Just casual.

I'm sorry if this is too personal, but will you be able to have children? And if not, how does your husband feel about it?	Yes and we want kids badly. The spinal cord controls muscles so everything else is in working order. Once we get financially straight we are going to have one.

How is your financial situation,?? Does disability take care of you? Or insurance?	My financial situation is difficult. I did not qualify for SSI because I was right out of college and hadn't worked enough to pay into the system. I qualified for Medicaid but at a crazy high monthly deductible I couldn't afford. I do get long term disability through my old job which is 60% of my old salary which was under 30k. And Chris is a teacher. So you can imagine our combined income isn't much. On top of that I pay $625 a month for insurance.
The question everyone is thinking: Do you and your husband have sex? How does it work?	We totally do!! Sex is an important part of a relationship. We often do missionary and I'm able to hold my legs back by the back of my knees. I can give oral too.
Did you realise immediately that you were paralyzed? What was it like?	I did. Your body just stops. You want to swim but you can't. Super scary.
Why doesn't the mom just give her the iPad? If my daughter was paralyzed and the easiest thing for her to type on was my iPad, I sure as hell would give it to her right away.	We obviously share it. We live together.

Have you discussed children with each other or with a doctor? I don't really know much about quadriplegic pregnancies but I can't imagine it would be easy. My issue is I take meds for low blood pressure that I won't be able to take. I may just be bed ridden. But that's just me. Manu people with spinal cord injuries have easy pregnancies.

There are a lot of prank videos on the internet where it seems increasingly likely for a person to suffer irreversible damage. How do you feel about these videos and do you think that anything should be done to raise awareness of the possibility of these pranks being dangerous?	OMG I watch tosh-o and it freaks me out. I guess there should be water ness but I mean pranks are still going to happen.
Are you ever treated or spoken to like you are undereducated because of your paralyzed state? I have seen perfectly well intentioned people offering help to the visually, hearing and mobility impaired persons with simple everyday tasks that are easy to accomplish by an able bodied person, but that impaired people may struggle with. In their attempt to assist, I often see them talking slowly and loudly and using simple words, as if they were talking to a mentally handicapped individual. Instead of holing a normal conversation with whom they are trying to help, they ultimately belittle them. Have you found that this is a problem for you? and if so, do you address it to the person or simply ignore their ignorant behavior?	Well I try to talk a lot and be really outgoing to stop them in their tracks! But I guess sometimes people talk to me like a little girl. It's hard to explain their tone. Just like overly nice and sweet. But I just act normal and it shows them!
Are you a religious person? If so, how does that affect your attitude toward research (stem cells etc) that could benefit you some day?	I'm not super religious. Just spiritual and moral.

What is your stance on medical marijuana? Do you use it to deal with your chronic pain?	It's not legal in NC :(. I am all about legalization and wish I could. I bet it would hello with my pain too
As someone who just dislocated his shoulder playing hockey and is quite depressed about it I have to thank you for doing this. Even though, it's not pleasant to say, there IS always worse. What is your relationship now with that friend? How deep was the pool? Must have been a weird fall for your head to hit the bottom?	Yea even I know it could have been worse. I still love my friend. The pool was 4ft and I tried to dive after the push.
What is your favorite thing to do for enjoyment?	Sounds basic but going out with Chris to dinner or a movie. Plus I ove playing sports! Wheelchair rugby for example!
What is one thing that you took for granted when you could use all of your arms and legs?	It's hard to name 1!! I'd say orgasms and dancing. But just everyday activities like hopping in my car for a drive. Now it takes like 10 minutes to get in and 10 minutes to get out.
What do you do to cope and move forward? I've personally been hit with some life changing news, but nowhere near as radical as yours. Also, thank you for being open about this and I hope you are well.	I was just hard on myself. I still had the people I cared about most. I was still myself and I am alive.
When your husband gets angry at you, does he move the ketchup to a higher shelf?	Ketchup fine but take my ranch we have a problem.
I broke my back 2 years ago when I was 16, and I go out but I'm always afraid to stay over at people's houses bc I'm worried ill have accidents. I have a regular program and everything but what do you do to not worry about that when you're out and about?	Man I can relate to this. On long trips I wear an undergarment. Maybe you could do that and just leave if you have an issue. I hope you are doing well otherwise!

How long did it take for your friends to realize that you were unable to get yourself out of the water. The other question I have is as a person who has had lifeguard training, was there someone there who knew how to properly get you out of the water.	Good question because coincidently I was a lifeguard and so were 2 of the girls. They responded fast but I forgot my training and said get me out of here! We had no backboard. I remember looking all around and moving my head all over the place.
Oh and your husband is a true man, he has stayed with you through all of this, he must truly love you.	And the man? We are deeply in love.

I was always under the impression that quadriplegic couldn't use their arms. As I'm sure there are lot's of people out there like me can you explain a little more about the differences as I honestly have no idea when someone says I'm X-plegic what it means.	Good question!! Paraplegic means impairment in 2 limbs. You could be a walking para because you could have a spinal cord injury but still be able to walk short distances or with crutches. Quadriplegic means impairment in 4 limbs. I'm a c6. I have no dexterity and limited tricep strength. Again. You can be a walking quad. The higher the injury the worse paralysis. Does that help?

How much training did you go through; what did it entail?	For my first year there were 3 stages of training. The first stage involved training at school, twice a week before school - one session fitness one session ball skills (rolling and feeding). Then if we were selected out of the 50 from school (10 places) we went to wimbledon training (1000 people for 150 places or so) which was once a week mixing fitness, ball skills and court practise) these went on for three hours. After we were chosen from this stage they basically kicked out all the bad people and focussed more on us. i met tsonga nadal and djokovic umm the mens final last year and i had tsonga a few times. i delivered towels to djokovic and nadal last year in the mens final and talked to them both :) (commence fan boying)

Seems like a pretty strict job. Was it difficult to get hired? Easy to get fired?	Unbelievably strict!! everything by the book or youre out. Honestly i dont know why i went through it, probably because at its peak it was really fun but yes it was incredibly strict. No electronics in case you speak to the media. No talking outside. No anything apart from stand straight, be quick and roll straight and flat.
Who has the most annoying habits? Also, who's the most uppity player?	NADAL NADAL NADAL He doesnt come off as a nice guy - he is OCD extreme! you cannot interrupt his rituals.

Tsonga/ federer = best ferrer= worst snobbery in terms of what? umm yes :) got to keep all of my ralph lauren kit and got free balls, posters and some other cool stuff :) i had the british junior doubles champion (who were competing in the mens doubles) and one of them left their sweat bands down but because im not allowed to help the court coverers clear the court i had to stand there and watch somebody else pocket them :'( Yes i am a great fan of tennis and follow the slams when i can :) although there were loads of people there who werent!!

Tsonga is the only one who talked to me - hes such a nice guy and a crowd pleaser!! But on the whole the players do not acknowledge you because they are so focussed on their game which I think is perfectly fine!

What's the most embarrassing screw-up you've made in your ballboy career?	I haven't had that many tbh, a few slips here and there but the worst mistake I ever made was that I went to roll the ball to the base (ball bit standing up) and started to turn back to my kneeling position too early in the roll meaning that the ball bounced off my foot and across the court to the base in the other corner! I was so worried somebody saw it (ballboy staff) but I was lucky!

Is there a hierarchy or something similar to determine which ball kids advance to the finals?	Yeah definitely! In 2011 (in my experience) it was more: the better the individual the better courts you're on and therefore the better players you see! This year I found it more to be based on how good your team was so an entire team could be hindered by a vast day or a bad member. Also during training to get to the championships there is an ongoing point scoring system which is a collection of your score in various tests put together to find an overall score which is used to determine how good you are overall. Some things which would be tested are rolling accuracy over long distances (the long roll), the accuracy of rolls over short distances - hitting a can from ten feet with three attempts, the speed at which you can roll and receive (the wall bounce), your general ball skills (changing two balls between your hands as many times in 10 seconds we were getting like 30 times if you want to try!) and there were also tests on speed and ability to change direction quickly whilst handling balls (putting it down and then picking it up again on the way back etc. I hope this helped - I gave a little extra info because I'm bored and in bed but ask away of you want!

It may not look like it but it is hard work being on court and the rain made it cooler and we also didn't have to work as much! It looks like referee movements, which is fine, but if it weren't on the professional stage it would just look a bit awkward don't you think?	Yes very awkward!! it is supposed to look professional and if everybody does it the same way it does look good! there is no particular reason for it being straight up except thats the way we were taught!
What was the weirdest habbit/pre game routine that you saw a player do?	Ummmm, Rafa is the weirdest i think, he has to have his water bottles in the correct place all the time! apart from that there are stretches and stuff, some prayers but nothing too major.
Knew a couple girls in highschool (this was before they switched back to primary and secondary schools) that got to be ballgirls at Wimbledon. Were all the ballboys/girls from the local schools or can people from other areas apply too?	All local schools - its the only method of induction - check out the website if you want they have a list of schools that they take from.
