Off Track Betting in Chambersburg, PA with Reviews - YP.com

Saw a few Peter Manfredonia threads, but I wanted to add a timeline. I also have been trying to piece together why he is doing what he is doing. Please note, this is all my speculation, and shouldn't be taken as hard evidence. Sorry for the long post in advance. Please correct any errors, and see the bottom of the post for any updates/corrections.

-~6 Months prior Peter wrote all over his walls, referencing Lanza, snapping, and Thanos (cringe).
-Nothing was done by UCONN since it was off campus, police did not follow up in any sustained fashion.
1. This makes me wonder because there were clear signs of instability. It should also be noted his apartment was in the Renwood Complex, located off campus.
-According to the first victim’s neighbors, Peter had been stalking a girl on the road he initially killed on in Willington.
-Girls family was supposedly looking into a restraining order.
2. I think she was his initial target. The men he attacked saw him heading towards her house with a duffle bag. They stopped him and I bet he had no idea how to deflect, so he lied and said his bike broke further back. The plan was likely to kill the man since he would have been a witness. That went off the rails.
-Severs the 62-year-old man's arm
-Severely damages the other man with a machete.
3. In his manic state he probably freaks out, does not follow through with his plan because he knows the man's family will come to the scene. Too many witnesses, not enough time to kill the first target.
-Flees to a farmhouse, holds an elderly man hostage.
-Steals guns, food, and a truck to get to his next destination.
-Does not injure the man.
4. Here is where I think it is obvious, he planned out two murders (the first girl, which failed) and this next person. He takes a truck to get within walking distance of his next target, ditches it and goes on foot.
-Walks to next victims house.
-Graduated high school with him, I have heard that the victim was dating Peter's ex. (Can't confirm without her ID.)
-Shoots victim in the head. Kidnaps victim’s girlfriend.
-Steals her car and goes to the PA/NJ border.
-Does not hurt her, she is found safe.
5. This is seems premeditated and is strange because he used a single gunshot to the head. Peter always hated guns apparently. He probably kidnapped the girl to make sure she did not blow his cover, so he had more time to make it to his next destination, she likely was not a target.
-Gets an Uber to a Walmart in East Stroudsburg.
-Would imagine he buys food/supplies, not sure.
-Is seen leaving with a duffle bag, behind the Walmart towards train tracks.
6. It is hard for me to think Peter is just winging it, it seems like he has made this track/planned it. He is now heading northwest. This is where speculation comes in.
-The latest unconfirmed sighting of Peter was 48 miles northwest of the Walmart, in Duryea, PA. It was reported around 11:00 PM a person in similar clothes was seen behind a dumpster by the tracks, and when confronted he ran off. A search was made shortly after, but it found nothing. This would have taken him at best 16 hours to hike to on foot, which could match the timetable, but why is he here?
-It is also worth noting law enforcement is searching for a black SUV stolen in the area he was last seen. Judging by his past two carjacks, he could have taken it.
What are your thoughts? I could be way off, it is too early to tell, but I find this case fascinating. So, I would like to hear other speculation/insight.

-UPDATE 1: Peter was spotted in Chambersburg, PA at a Sheetz. The surveillance then shows he took and Uber to Hagerstown, MD. Thanks for the update tiffhascats
-UPDATE 2: Peter has been captured at a truck stop in MD, quoted as telling law enforcement he was, "Tired and scared." The detective reportedly saw him 20ft from him while being briefed on Peter's description. Peter then led law enforcement to a bag of weapons close to the scene, he gave up with no resistance. Two Connecticut detectives worked with FBI, US Marshals, and MD SP to organize the capture. Thanks basquan for the initial update!
-UPDATE 3: Peter is expected back in Connecticut on the evening of May 28th. He is being held without bail and likely faces both state and federal charges.
-UPDATE 4: Info has been hard to find on Peter post-arrest. However, it has been reported that a key witness helped authorities find Peter by giving clues on where he planned to go and who he planned to see. If true, this lends credibility to the idea that much of this was premeditated.
